How to make a Healthy Pizza?

Do you take care of your figure? Every athlete would sometimes like to have a taste of something unhealthy, cakes, sweets, fast-food or pizza. There is a way to make yourself a healthy pizza.

Pizza is a favorite food for many around the world. Pizza sold in fast-food and convenience stores is one of the unhealthiest of choices.


Absolutely. While many types of pizza are high in calories, fat and sodium, those made with fresh ingredients can be a good choice. Pizza can even become part of your healthy died.

Many of us have food associated with gaining a lot of calories, but with the use of the right ingredients, we can make the unhealthy, healthy. Chef Max, who's been eating healthy food for many years, will show you a recipe which also has good nutritional value.


What are we going to need:

  1. Eggs (3x)

  2. Oatmeal (150g)

  3. Tomato puree

  4. Grated cheese

To Taste:

  • Ham

  • Salami

  • Spices (I recommend oregano, dried garlic, a little salt)

Now, when we have everything ready, let's get to the procedure:

Beat the eggs in a bowl, sprinkle with oatmeal, spices and mix the mixture a bit. That's the basis and we're done, fast, aren't we? Warm up the oven to 180 °C (356 °F) and spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Now it's time to add tomato puree, salami, ham and grate cheese, I recommend not saving much . Once the oven is warmed up, put a baking sheet in and leave it for about 15 - 20 minutes, then pull out. We can serve.
