Is it possible to cook healthy pancakes?

Each of us likes things that are forbidden, especially when it comes to food. So this time Chef Max is going to show you how to enjoy pancakes healthily.

Normal pancakes and waffles are not a nutritious way to fuel your mornings. These comfort foods are often made essentially pure sugar. Unless, you make it our way.

The best time to have your breakfast is within two hours of waking up. It is good for your metabolism.

The basis will again be oatmeal, which is a great foodstuff by my opinion. This is a quick recipe, you're done and ready to eat in fifteen minutes.


What are we going to need?

  1. Oatmeal (80-100g)

  2. Buckwheat (60g)

  3. Eggs (2x)

  4. Olive oil

  5. Some good spices (your choice)

ImportIant! - Let the buckwheat flakes soak in lukewarm water for about ten minutes before cooking.


Once we have the ingredients ready, we move on to the cooking itself


Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan, we don't have to exaggerate. While the pan is warming up, mix the flakes and buckwheat with the eggs. Mix well, add spices, mix well again.

I recommend preparing napkins, you will need them. Then with a spoon, form even pancakes, the size depends on your preferences.

On a higher degree of heating, fry for about 3 minutes on each side. For connoisseurs we can add slices of cheese, the imagination has no limits in these recipes. We serve with vegetables, rice, potatoes, it doesn't matter. It's a meal that can be a snack, both breakfast and dinner, it's up to you. Bon appétit.
